What is Client Money Protection?
Client money protection is a mandatory legal requirement for all letting and estate agents handling client funds. It ensures that money paid to us, including rent payments, tenant holding deposits, property maintenance funds, and landlord payouts, is fully insured.
In the unlikely event that our business goes into administration or funds are misappropriated, landlords and tenants can claim compensation directly through our CMP scheme provider.
